Grasswells Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in unspoilt countryside, only four miles from the Lincolnshire coast. Two well appointed cottages, Swallow and Wren, are set in three acres of grounds so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. It is an ideal base to explore the many attractions of the surrounding local area including our own small, private fishing lake for guests to use.

The cottages are in a single storey barn conversion and offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation.
With full central heating the cottages are available all year.
Both have modern bathrooms equipped with shower and razor points.
You will also find colour TV with digital box on hand should you need it.
The kitchen is equipped with all the things you would expect to find for your convenience from a toaster to a microwave.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels and tea towels.

This cottage was converted from an open Victorian Cart Bay and is named after the many families of beautiful summer visitors who can still be seen swooping around the courtyard on summer evenings.
