Come to us for fresh fish, game in season and a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes, freshly prepared and cooked by owner/chef Paul and his team. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday in this beautiful traditional English thatched cottage restaurant. Our Roast Lamb was cooked to perfection. Vegetables & crispy roast potatoes were served on the side. Our tender, thinly sliced lamb was served with a generous amount of delicious gravy.
The coffee was a perfect way to finish our meal. Staff were friendly & helpful - thank you Marilyn for making us feel welcome! Whether you are single, a couple or in a small group, this is a special venue for those looking for a traditional restaurant with a homely ambience & great menu.
Have eaten here in the past this time to celebrate my lady friends birthday this really is a great restaurant very cosy and intimate ideal for couples or a get together for family and friends the style of serving is quiet laid back but very efficient owner Paul produces some superb food that I find impossible to fault.

Take the 3rd turning off this smaller roundabout and you will see public car parks on your right and left.
You will then approach a very small roundabout with Waitrose in front of you.
