Cotswold Charm aims to provide a unique selection of "owner managed" 4-star (AA) self-catering holiday cottages in Chipping Campden based around Top Farm's 17th century farmhouse. All within an easy five-minute walk of Campden's historic High Street and its numerous Listed Buildings and a tremendous selection of restaurants & shops.

Chipping Campden and Cotswold Charm provide an idyllic retreat from which to explore this Hidden Gem of the Cotswolds, the Cotswold hills & villages themselves, nearby Shakespeare Country and even Edgehill. Cyclists find Chipping Campden an excellent centre from which to explore the Cotswold and Warwickshire lanes, be they green or metalled.

Sleeping up to 4, Cosy Corner which is owned and managed by Joan and Jeff has an extremely charming, cosy, warm and welcoming ambiance to it and is located in a quiet and peaceful close just 50 metres behind Chipping Campden's historic Noel Arms Hotel and the High Street with its shops and local amenities.
A first and second floor apartment that has been carefully refurbished with many homely features throughout, it has 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin both with dual aspect windows, The spacious lounge with its interesting vaulted ceiling has a unique nature about it and the feature fireplace also gives it a really homely feel.
The Old Granary with its stone steps and railings is a cosy little inverted (ground floor double bedroom with en suite wet-room, first floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and additional double sofa bed) and well-equipped cottage.
It is an ideal little hideaway for a romantic few days in the Cotswolds or a quiet respite away from the everyday hustle and bustle of city life.
The fitted limed oak kitchen includes electric oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, steamer, washer/drier, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
New owners Mark and Deenie from the nearby Volunteer Inn have put their own mark on our very popular Over the Arches by tastfully improving the decor and fittings.
Located in Park Road just 200 metres from Chipping Campden's historic the High Street with its many and varied shops, restaurants and local amenities, the whole cottage now has an even more charming, cosy, warm and welcoming ambiance to it.
Accessed from the patio and parking area, the ground floor incorporates a large lounge/reception/bedroom with en suite shower room complete with large colour TV and two luxury sofas one of which converts to a comfortable double bed.
The first picture below shows the cottage from its 2 parking spaces in the old Rick Yard with the access path on the left and steps leading to a small sheltered patio and the front door.
It also has a suntrap of a secluded, sheltered and colourful courtyard garden on the south side accessible from the stable-door.
In many ways Stable Cottage is a time warp with the majority of the original stonework and polished oak beams, etc. shown to advantage and yet it has been tastfully modernised to meet the needs of today's guests.
Tally Ho is a compact, cosy and delightfully furnished first floor self-contained apartment that is a perfect hideaway for two at the bottom of Dyers Lane and within just 400 yards of Chipping Campden's historic High Street its abundance of shops, inns and restaurants.
Completely managed by owners Pearl and John it has delightful views from the steps that lead to a light and cosy lounge from which you also have views towards Chipping Campden.
A well-equipped galley kitchen and a spacious shower room complete the indoor facilities (separate laundry facilities are also available).
