Although situated on the A390, we could not hear the road. The accommodation was of good size and well presented. Our hosts Averil & Mike were very accommodating and have been in the business for more than three decades, they showed a genuine interest in how our day had been. In summary, thoroughly enjoyed, good sleep and clean. A beautifully furnished old world house with a very warm feel to it.
The rooms are spacious, carpeted and comfortable. Breakfast is a real treat and the environment is just fabulous. A richly decorated late nineteenth century room surrounded by Victoriana and stylish open fire. The owner Mike is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. For an authentic and unique BnB at an excellent price this place is hard to beat.
Lovely room, terrific service and accommodation! Mike picked us up at the train station and showed us around Truro before arriving. We had previously arranged a private tour with Mike - and the person who took us was EXCELLENT! John D. was knowledgable, capable and very helpful.
