At Rectory Lodge we have Bait Lake which is stocked with smaller fish weighing from 1.5lb weight up to 7lb weight, a very challenging catch! Rectory lodge provides professional fishing lessons. Our tuition days are great fun and the instructor will show you some very effective skills to enhance you fishing. We want to ensure you have a great experience at Rectory Lodge; whether it is a day of fly fishing, or simply a weekend break in our quaint homely cottage, your visit with us should be one to remember.

First day here yesterday and I had 36+ fish losing and missing plenty also.
I was made to feel very welcome upon arrival and was given a few tips by John on what was working.
There was a great atmosphere around the lake as all the other anglers made you feel welcome and were chatty offering tips and their fly selections etc. Clean water and most importantly, healthy hard fighting fish!
