Either Transfer 100% of what you have paid us towards the cost of a new date at any one of our three cottages within 12 months of your original stay date. No admin charges. We have amazing outdoor opportunities, in particular walking, canoeing and kayaking, birdwatching and cycling, but the list is endless.

We set our own prices on our own website and also work with several reputable agencies.
Those companies are large, and they have computer controlled algorithims which change their customer prices almost daily- whereas we are a family business with a blunt pencil!
Frankly we cannot keep up with their ups and downs!
Quite often their prices are higher than ours but in the event that you find one of our stays ( same date, same duration, same party size, same cottage ) offered by one of our approved agents, at a lower price than we are offering please let us know.

Not everyone writes in our books ( and they were plastic wrapped during the pandemic which meant many did not ) - but some people do write by hand in the visitor books in each cottage ( sometimes even signed by the pets! ) Sometimes people forget to write in the book and e mail us later.

We were chosen for a GMTV film crew base and 4 dieters who stayed with us for an entire week whilst doing an amazing amount of tough exercise and a severe diet regime.
They filmed all around the area and we enjoyed having them and watching them each morning on the TV.
