It is situated in a small 16th Century hamlet accessed by a private lane and surrounded on all sides by breath-taking views over three counties. Fernhill is close to sprawling moors yet we are only 2 miles from Rochdale Town Centre; 10 minutes off the M62 at Junction 20 and a 30-minute drive from Manchester City Centre.
Our beautifully converted farm buildings offer excellent facilities for all guests; there is ample free, private parking. Fernhill has tastefully decorated en-suite rooms, with mains pressure power showers and each room has its own thermostat so you can be as cosy as you want. All rooms have flat screen televisions with free Wi Fi, Tea Coffee making facilities; each room also comes complete with iron & ironing board and hairdryer.
Fernhill is perfect for a short Leisure break, business, visiting friends and family or just a quiet weekend away. There are many footpaths on the doorstep, which makes Fernhill an ideal base for walkers.
