Campbell Cottage is situated in the beautiful village of Dollar in the Hillfoots in Clackmannanshire. It is a perfect location for visiting Stirling, St Andrews, the Trossachs and the picturesque countryside nearby. There are excellent transport links via road and rail to Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland.

Overlooking the village Dollar is the imposing medieval Castle Campbell. The castle belonged to the Campbell earls of Argyll, who were a prominent family during medieval Scotland. It is said to have been visited by Mary Queen of Scots in the sixteenth century. Today Castle Campbell is a popular venue for wedding ceremonies and photography, so our holiday cottage provides the perfect self-catering accommodation for potential guests.

Or it could even serve as the honeymoon 'bolt-hole' for the bride and groom. Dollar is a quaint village with independent shops, a wine bar, cafe, hairdressers, delicatessen and restaurant.

The holiday cottage was built in the 1890s, and is close to the centre of the village with all the local shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
The self catering accommodation sleeps four to five adults in comfort which makes it ideal for visiting families too.
It consists of a double room and a twin room (or can be arranged as two twin rooms).
Dollar is ideally placed geographically.
The Highlands, Loch Lomond, Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth, St Andrews, The Trossachs, Glasgow and Dunfermline are all less than one hour away by road.
The nearest town is historic Stirling, 20 minutes away by car.
Motorway connections are within eight miles.
There are a wide range of activities within Dollar and in the surrounding area - sightseeing, golfing, fishing, hill walking, cycling/walking, skiing, paragliding, horse riding, shopping and the old woollen mills.
