A walkway of approximately two miles around the entire farm across fields and through woodland has been created, which is perfect for enjoying the peaceful countryside. This does involve crossing stiles, in true country fashion. Very many attractions in this area to suit all tastes, Cuckoo walk 1 mile away, station about 20 minutes away, trains 70-80 mins to London.

Located in the South East of England Beestons Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in Vines Cross East Sussex which is about 15 miles from the coastal town of Eastbourne and about 19 miles from the spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
From northern direction / Tunbridge Wells / Cross-in-Hand (A267): Turn left at the fork on the bend in Horam High Street.
Proceed down through to the bottom of the village where you turn right (Vines Cross Road).
Proceed for about 3/4 mile until you reach a T junction.
