We have ten properties in a variety of styles from traditional country cottages to contemporary apartments.

Surrounded by fields, Arden was originally a traditional Warwickshire miner's home.
It is now one of a pair of semi-detached cottages, featuring a well-equipped modern kitchen, a lovely conservatory / dining area and a large, enclosed rear garden, laid to lawn.
We have ten properties in a variety of styles from traditional country cottages to contemporary apartments.

Surrounded by fields, Arden was originally a traditional Warwickshire miner's home.
It is now one of a pair of semi-detached cottages, featuring a well-equipped modern kitchen, a lovely conservatory / dining area and a large, enclosed rear garden, laid to lawn.
If we have availability we will make a provisional booking for you.
Once a provisional booking has been made, please finalise it by confirming your acceptance in writing, or by email, and pay a deposit of 50 within seven days - bank transfer (preferred), cheque, credit / debit card or cash are all fine.
Once that is complete we will confirm your booking with you.
If we can't meet your exact requirements for any reason we will contact you to discuss potential options.
Also, for more complex requirements, such as multiple guests arriving on different days across multiple properties, just send us an email outlining what you need or give us a call.

Originally a miner's home it now has all the comforts of modern living whilst retaining its period charm.
Arden is attached to its partner cottage Milne, so is popular with families holidaying together, or larger groups in the area on business.
Arden has a spacious level garden, which is laid to lawn and glorious views over the surrounding fields.
Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.

Bramley was the original cottage to the farmhouse and has three en-suite bedrooms.
This self-catering house has a large hallway and a dining-room which can seat ten, plus a very well equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
If you have children or dogs with you, they can enjoy the many open spaces around the cottages, including the walking trails around our fields.
Bramley was the original cottage to the farmhouse and has three en-suite bedrooms.

Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.
Newspapers, milk and groceries can be provided by arrangement.
There is a well equipped Laundry room for the use of guests.
Here you will also find a payphone and a selection of locally made jams, marmalades, honeys and chutneys for purchase.
Like all of our self-catering cottages it is pet friendly.
