Patricia Patterson extends a warm welcome to her comfortable accommodation in the centre of Sible Hedingham. There are individually styled rooms and all have en-suite shower rooms, a T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities. During 2015 the whole property has undergone an extensive refurbishment and all B&B rooms have been completely refitted and decorated.

Served in the private dining room, at a time to suit our guests, up until 9.30am in the week and until 10am on a Sunday.
There is generally a selection of teas or freshly brewed coffee, fruit juice, a choice of cereals or fruit available to be followed by 'The Full English' or a lighter, cooked, alternative and plenty of toast, jams and marmalade.

From London and the SouthWest leave the M25 onto the M11 until the Stansted airport junction.
From the South East leave the M25 on the A12 and follow this road to the North of Chelmsford (end of by-pass) where Braintree will be sign posted.
Follow the road through to Braintree and when joining the A120 follow signs for Sudbury and then as before.
From the North approaching from the M11 leave at Junction 10 on the A505 to the left.
Follow this road until it meets the A11 north.keep to the inside lane and leave A11 within a mile onto the A1307 towards Haverhill.
