Ruth and Morris, the proud owners and hosts of Moonraker House, invite you to browse this website. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you to our house. It is a traditional English 4 star licensed guest house with excellent en-suite rooms, delicious home cooking, friendly service and a cosy atmosphere. We value attention to detail and aim to provide a personal touch that will make your trip a memorable one.

Morris(Masaaki) has an excellent knowledge of the region and will be pleased to help you plan your trip - Shakespeare Properties, theatre visits, river tours, restaurants and pubs. We are licensed and able to offer alcoholic drinks in your room or our small guest lounge. We have a selection of wines, beers, local ales and of course, lovely Scotch Whiskies.

Rates quoted are per room, per night and include a complementary full English Breakfast.
Special discount is available for reservation of 3 nights or more between Mondays and Thursdays from Dec - Feb. (Subject to availability) At a small extra charge we can make special arrangements according to your requirements for that special occasion.
Moonraker's bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards with many thoughtful extras to ensure complete comfort.
All rooms have en-suite shower/bath, wc, colour TV, hairdryer, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities.
Stratford-upon-avon is situated in the heart of the English midlands.
A market town dating back to medieval times, Stratford is today most famous as the birthplace of the Elizabethan playwright William Shakespeare.
Hundreds of thousands of tourists visit the town each year to visit the historic properties associated with Shakespeare, go to the theatre and enjoy the many attractions in the town and surrounding area.
Stratford also has much to offer the gourmet, with a wide variety of well priced restaurants offering local and international cuisine.
Walk along the station road and take stairs at your right-hand side if it is available.
Keep walking along, pass Morrison's supermarket and garage (which will be on your right-hand side).
Continue along the road, Moonraker House is situated on the right just after the traffic signal.
It is about a 5-8 minutes' walk from the station.
From Riverside Coach Park, turn right up Bridge Street and through the town centre, pass market square.
Continue up Greenhill Street and pass traffic lights onto Alcester Road.
