If you need to change the date of your booking, you can do this at no extra cost and with no limit on when you need to book by. If we need to cancel your booking because the hotel has been instructed to close, your 50% deposit will be fully refundable.

Hotel accommodation is located in the old lighthouse keepers residence and the converted outbuilding.
Providing a mix of rooms and larger self catering suites, Corsewall Lighthouse Hotel is ideal for special occasions and family gatherings with multiple communal areas inside and out.
You can enjoy each other's company whilst taking advantage of the unique location and excellent catering and facilities.
The historic Corsewall Lighthouse was built in 1815 by the engineer Grandfather of renowned Treasure Island author Robert Louis Stevenson, and is perched on the northern coast of the Rhinns of Galloway, near Stranraer.

Our restaurant is famous for its five course dinner featuring the best of local produce.
Take advantage of the extensive wine and spirits menu which includes many of Scotland's famous whiskies and gins.
The restaurant is open to guests and visitors, diners wishing to dine with their dogs will be seated in the lounge area.
We ask all non-residents to please book their visits to the restaurant ahead of time as we cannot guarantee spaces.
We serve coffee and light lunches in our lounge and conservatory, we especially welcome day trippers exploring the wonders of Corsewall Point.
Dogs are welcome in these areas and visitors to the restaurant are welcome to dine with their dogs in the lounge area.
Take advantage of the stunning views down the coastline and across to Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran.

We can offer photography tours that will help you explore the best locations for that special shot.
Within easy reach of the hotel we have Golf at Stranrear Golf Club or Dunskey Golf Club at Portpatrick.
Dumfries and Galloway is rich in Scottish history, but you don't even have to stray from the hotel grounds to explore an Iron Age Fort.
