Berry Farm has recently undergone a full renovation of it's Exmoor bed & breakfast accommodation. Not only has the farmhouse itself benefited from an extensive programme of work, but the yard and American barn stabling have also been sympathetically renovated. Berry Farm offers pet friendly accommodation for dog owners and horse owners, who are welcome to bring their animals ( via prior arrangement only ).
The heart of Exmoor ( Simonsbath ) is a 15 minute drive to the East and the West coast ( Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe ) and the wonderful craggy North Devon coast are also within easy reach - so whether it be surfing, walking along sandy beaches, following the coastal paths, catching a ferry to Lundy Island, cycling or riding across Exmoor with sightings of Red deer and ponies or playing a round of golf locally there should never be a dull moment.
