Ideal for business trips and perfect for use as digs for members of the cast and crew involved with 'Hull New Theatre' or 'Hull Truck Theatre'. Both venues are within easy walking distance. Allocated and gated parking means you can leave your car in complete safety while you explore the city on foot.

This is a very spacious double bedroom, with ample storage in the drawers and large double wardrobe.
Bedside tables are also provided, with reading lamps at both sides of the bed, so hopefully there will be no arguments as to who sleeps at which side.
You can secure your booking and pay over the phone, so please have your credit or debit card to hand.
The full fee is payable if the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, otherwise a 20% deposit is required to make the reservation, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

If the dates are available, then the Booking Form can be downloaded as a PDF and emailed back to us.
The reservation will be confirmed once we have received either your deposit, or the full fee.
The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Paragon Transport Interchange.
Head out left from the front of the station towards Beverley and the apartment is located on the right hand side of Beverley road, about half a mile away.
When arriving by car, the apartment is located on the A1079 (Beverley Road).
Use the postcode HU3 1YE in your Sat Nav, or locate 'College Street Hull' for the carpark.
The car park can be accessed to the rear of the property via College Street, which is to the right hand side of the apartment and through the first set of metal gates on the left.
Kingston Upon Hull is a very flat area, in fact the only gradients are on the bridges over the river Hull and railways, but this doesn't effect the city centre.
The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin room.
All rooms are situated on the ground floor, although there are a small number of steps into building both front and rear.
Paragon Interchange is the train, coach and bus station and is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The streets in the area are paved and level.
A taxi rank is also located to the front of the interchange.
