Pen y Graig is a comfortable, spacious C19th Welsh farmhouse with wonderful sea views, providing two self catering holiday cottages and a barn apartment bed and breakfast less than half a mile from the popular sandy beach and coastal footpath in Church Bay on the west coast of the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales. All our properties are dog and pet free.

Mark and Victoria have been letting Pen y Graig as a holiday house to families, couples and groups of friends for over thirty years and take great pleasure in seeing their guests return year after year. Many of these visitors spent their childhood holidays here in Church Bay and are now returning with their children and grand children.

The Loft B&B is a comfortable and romantic self contained barn apartment with white washed walls, exposed beams, original barn doors, wood burner and beautiful sea views from the living room.105 - 115 a night includes a cooked breakfast on first morning. The Front Wing has a large comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove, dining room leading to galley kitchen and hallway with stairs up to a double bedroom, twin bedroom (sea views) and a family size bathroom/WC.
The house is furnished in keeping with the age and style of the property.
All the rooms are large and spacious and feature original pine doors and slate fireplaces - even in the bathroom!
A seaside self catering holiday cottage to sleep 4, with wonderful sea views over Church Bay, Anglesey.
Downstairs is a sitting room/dining area with wood burning stove, kitchen, shower-room/wc/utility-room.
Stairs lead from the living room up to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
The quarry tiled floors and beamed ceilings downstairs give this Wing its rustic charm.
All the rooms are furnished in a traditional style and have sea views - with the exception of the shower room.
The living/dining room was originally the farmhouse kitchen.

Close to the beach, the Driftwood Restaurant serves home cooked food, cask ales and Sunday carvery.
An old fashioned and quirky museum dedicated to geology and archaeology.
Fascinating for anyone with an interest in fossils, dinosaurs, bones, crystals etc.
The place is jam packed with artifacts which the owner has collected and he is more than willing to share his knowledge and passion on his subject.
Afterwards once you are all inspired have a walk along the coastline of northern Anglesey where the carboniferous limestone cliffs contain many corals, brachiopods and crinoids for you to discover yourselves.
Spectacular high cliffs and heath land seascapes.
A RSPB Reserve and Lighthouse which we like to visit taking the 410 steps down and across a suspended footbridge to the island.
Puffins, choughs, guillemots, razorbills can be seen on the cliffs either from the steps or from Elins Tower where there are binoculars and telescopes to use.
Entrance/tour tickets from the cafe.
Nearby are the remains of an Iron Age settlement scattered along the hillside.
From South Stack it is quite an easy walk (as opposed to the hike from the Breakwater Park) to the top of Holyhead Mountain.
