Each room is fully equipped with Freeview flat screen TV and DVD player together with tea and coffee making facilities. Stayed for 1 Night the owner Howard could not do enough for me - made me feel so welcome and god the Breakfast was fresh / hot and out this world with plenty of coffee and toast on hand. Then he chatted about things to do and where to go. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was perfect; very comfy bed; the location is perfect as its not in the night life area as such, with being located in the south shore.
