Up until then I was always a frustrated entrepreneur, but didn't have the idea or the opportunity. I would never have imagined the business would be childcare, but very quickly became fascinated by child outcomes. Our vision for Broughton Cottage being to create the very best childcare provision in the area for children, parents and staff. Having spent 25 years at a family-run nursery, Michelle relished the chance to open an independent childcare facility alongside John.
It is with pride I can say that my own children are testament to my drive for helping others reach their full potential with all three successful in their respective careers. At the nursery, each child will be in the care of a Key Worker, with whom parents communicate in the first instance.
