Our rural location offers stunning views the fertile farmland from which we source much of our produce including fruits, asparagus, Herefordshire beef and even the potatoes used by Chase Distillery - the largest single estate distillery in the UK.
These all appear on our seasonal menus, there's even a renowned vineyard just on our doorstep.
Our nearest Herefordshire town is Ledbury - one of England's historical gems.
Filled with a rich heritage and charming old buildings and surrounded by the beauty of the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley, Ledbury is also home to quaint little shops and boutiques on cobbled stone lanes, excellent restaurants and accommodation, as well as markets, festivals and events.
