Llanquian Fach lies in a most attractive and peaceful valley setting alongside a very quiet road, but only two miles from the bustling market town of Cowbridge, with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities.
This 22 acre farm lies at the foot of Cowbridge downs in the village of Aberthin, which is 1.5 miles from the market town of Cowbridge. The original farmhouse dates back to the 16th Century and is in an area of historical interest. The farming activity now consists of Horses and Ponies along with Ducks, Geese and Chickens. The grounds also provide ample opportunity for relaxation, picnics, sunbathing, ball games and exploring.
For the fisherman there are Trout and Coarse fishing lakes two miles away. There is easy access to the Capital City of Cardiff - 12 miles to the east. The beaches and walks of the Heritage Coastline lie only 6 miles or so to the south.

This converted granary of stone construction gets its name from the deep pink roses that climb around the door.
The self catering accommodation for four consists of a double bedroom with a large and spacious twin bedroom with bathroom which looks out onto the fields beyond.
A fully fitted pine kitchen equipped with washer dryer is the ideal place to sit and plan your day.
The bathroom complete with w/c, basin, bath/shower and lounge and flat screen T.V compliments this pleasant confortable centrally heated cottage.

Bookings are from 3.30 p.m. on the Saturday and cottages must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure unless by special arrangement.

Follow the A48 and take the exit for Cowbridge.
At the traffic lights by the "Edmonds Arms" turn RIGHT.
Continue for 1'/a miles passing the Cowbridge Secondary School on your left.
When the road turns sharp left, opposite the "Farmers Arms" turn SHARP RIGHT and go past the village tree.
Proceed along Llanquian Road past the houses, you will see a lake on your left.

Follow the A48 and take the exit for Cowbridge.
