Fairways Guest House offers a warm friendly welcome to all guests. We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Offering accommodation only all our guest rooms are well equipped. Our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and most rooms have a refrigerator, kitchen ware and cutlery enabling guests to prepare their own continental style breakfast within the safety of their own room.
All rooms have Freeview TV, USB points, wifi connection, towels and toiletries. There is a large car park with lighting and CCTV. Resident proprietors Mike and Tracy look forward to welcoming you and are available 24/7 by telephone should guests need assistance during their stay. The guest house is ideally located for visiting Cambridge City Centre, Botanic Gardens, Gog Magog Golf Course and Cambridge Folk Festival.
There is a vast selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, takeaways and hair salons within walking distance. Cambridge Leisure is also close by where there is a cinema, tenpin bowling, gym and The Junction entertainment venue.

Coming from A14 (Huntingdon) take the M11 come off at junction 11, follow the signs to Cambridge turn right at the fourth set of traffic lights into Long Road.
At the next set of traffic lights (cross roads) go straight over then at the roundabout turn left into Mowbray Road at next roundabout turn left and follow the road along past shops, pubs etc straight over next set of traffic lights.
We are just past the traffic lights on the right look for a green sign.
Turn left at the bottom into Hills Road/A1307 0.4 after going over the bridge turn left into Cherry Hinton Road 0.3mi the Guest House is on the left.
