The Hotel is a beguiling 10 bedroom hideaway, located in the heart of historic Oxford, the building dates back to 1594 & houses numerous unique features, from embracing the latest technology, to respecting its historic charm of old previous hidden fire places and a spiral staircase, which leads to our most romantic rooms. Relax in either of the two lounge areas with our unique 24hr Barista grade coffee machines that offer 8 different coffee variants, plus amazing hot chocolate.
We are the first hotel in the UK to offer a wholly automated check in service and whilst our staff very much pride themselves on providing a warm welcome, guests benefit from having the option of being completely independent - allowing greater control and freedom for when they can come and go from the hotel. By integrating this system we have improved the efficiency and security for all guests and staff within the hotel without the need for a reception desk.
