UNAC offer a placement service where we take groups of students to your property and explain the advantages of renting a private house.
We then arrange viewings on your property; provide a contract and all being well sign up suitable tenants.

UNAC offers 3 levels of Letting Service, 1) Let Only, 2) Rent Collect and 3) Full Management.
