At Lower Collaton Farm we offer excellent accommodation in two beautiful little self catering properties with lots of character, on a traditional old Devonshire farm, nestled in the tranquil valley of the River Gara.
Set in the heart of peaceful countryside it is a small working sheep farm surrounded by rolling hills and valleys. We have a small flock of sheep, (shetlands and zwartbles) which guests are welcome to watch or help with feeding when appropriate. We also have four pretty hens whose job used to be to provide nice fresh eggs for our guests. They are now retired and just enjoy poking around in the farm courtyard.

Rosie's Hut has been extremely popular in its first full season, which is hardly surprising with its peaceful secluded setting in the heart of glorious Devon countryside.
The hut has a king sized bed with a really comfy Hypnos mattress.
The kitchen area provides a twin hob, an oven, fridge/freezer, Belfast sink, oil filled radiator and all the equipment that you require.
Two comfy chairs and a fold down table, and a lovely little Puffin wood burning stove make the living area cosy and comfortable.
