The apartments are owned and managed by Broderick and Heather Rigg, who are also proprietors of the Skircoat Green Post Office, bakery and grocery shop located on the ground floor under three of the apartments.
Soon after acquiring the shop, they bought and then extensively renovated four Victorian properties, to offer as quality short stay apartment accommodation for visitors, on holiday or business, to the Halifax area.
