All have breathtaking panoramic views of the Severn Valley and south facing patios overlooking Chelmarsh Reservoir and RSPB bird reserve.
The Rookery is a stunning detached Holiday Cottage sleeping 20 in nine en-suite bedrooms. The spacious open plan ground floor space has bi-fold doors onto a large south facing terrace with great waterside views. A detached Holiday Cottage sleeping 14 in six en-suite bedrooms. Decorated in a contemporary style, Kingfisher Cottage is perfect for family and group get-togethers throughout the year.
Garden Cottage offers unique ground floor accommodation in a wing off the Farmhouse, with stunning views of both Chelmarsh Lake and the Severn Valley. Duck Cottage has been converted from a large tithe barn leaving the original oak beams and mighty trusses in place.

Dinney Farm Holiday Cottages is a family run business which has been established for over 30 years.
Originally a dairy farm, Cart, Duck and Drake Cottages were converted from a large tithe barn in the 1990s.
In 2008 Kingfisher Cottage was completed allowing families and groups to stay together in one house.
Our Cottages are surrounded by 150 acres of private farmland where sheep, cattle and horses can be seen grazing at various times of the year.
There is always a variety of hens and ducks enjoying the run of the grounds.
