Julia Ellwood carried out an amazing conversion of Yarm Guest House converting all the bedrooms into double rooms which includes 2 triple rooms, all coming with en suite bathrooms. These rooms can be occupied by single or double occupancy. In addition a 'Jack & Jill' type development between 2 adjoining rooms has been completed so that a 4 or 5 person family can occupy both rooms as one large room with 2 bathrooms.
Breakfast is freshly cooked to order & free wifi is available throughout the guest house. The Guest House is continuing to pick up awards for the special facilities & service on offer. The location on Yarm High Street is the best to access the many restaurants & bars which make Yarm 'the place' to stay in the North East. You will be astonished at what Julia achieved with the original guest house make over.
