Woodlands Project
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Perthshire town of Crieff. This owner maintained self catering property accommodates up to 4 people in a two bedroomed period semi-detached cottage complete with gas central heating and triple glazing to the upstairs bedrooms throughout. Try the rear decking ideal for relaxing in the evenings or morning. This is a non-smoking property.

This accommodation is unsuitable if you have walking difficulties or require wheelchair access. Crieff sits between the highlands and the lowlands on a south-facing slope in the Grampian foothills. The town boasts the oldest distillery in Scotland, Glenturret, founded in 1775. It has a visitor centre offering tours all year. Just north of the distillery is Glen Turret and some of the best hillwalking in the area: including the Munro, Ben Chonzie.

Following the River Earn west from Glen Turret brings you to Comrie, a settlement whose origins go back at least to the Romans. In the eighteenth century Crieff was a busy market town with farmers coming down from the highlands and from as far away as Skye to trade their livestock.
Services
The living areas are open-plan with a luxury kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, etc. (Tea towels provided).
There is also a separate freezer.
Just off the kitchen you will find the auto-washing machine and the tumble dryer in in the drying room.
This room is ideal for hanging out clothes and equipment after a long day's cycle or walk.
Upstairs, there is a fully tiled recently installed modern shower room, with an electric power shower, W.C, wash-hand basin and electric shaving point.
