Breakfast is taken in the sunny conservatory, overlooking the garden and patio. Fairholme Holiday Apartment has contemporary style accommodation with great views from upstairs. We are situated 5 minutes from the historical Naval town of Dartmouth in Devon and 3 minutes from the stunning award winning beach of Blackpool Sands.
Dartmouth is a unique town with a stunning waterside location and the beautiful beach of Blackpool Sands is a 3 minute drive. There's lots to do - we've listed a few things here. Fairholme is located in Stoke Fleming which is a village just 2 miles out of Dartmouth on one of the most attractive areas of coastline in Devon. It is very centrally positioned for exploring the South Hams and wider area.

Breakfast is taken in the bright and colourful conservatory, overlooking the garden.
We get lots of compliments for our breakfasts which include the full traditional, our speciality omelettes, vegetarian and continental options.
The 3 ground floor rooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin all have ensuite shower and toilet, TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee trays with a few added extras.

Our holiday apartment is located adjacent to the main house and has its own entrance and off-road parking for one or two cars.
The rooms are bright and spacious and the accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge-diner with an Ikea galley kitchen.
There is a wide-screen TV with DVD player, Sky Freeview Channels and full gas central heating.
The dining area has French doors opening out on to a pretty private patio, perfect for an 'al fresco' breakfast to start the day.
The well-equipped kitchen area has a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
