The rest of the family, i.e. mum Margaret, Paula, Joel, our son Jamie and daughter Ella could live out our dream of running a B&B in "The best place in Yorkshire".
Paula after selling her sandwich business, which she ran with Joel would take overall control.
Hence began a mammoth task, the house needed a total refurbishment.
Making sure all of the character remained in the farmhouse, we replaced the bathrooms and en-suites with up to date suites and built a new farmhouse kitchen.
After a year of replacing all electric and plumbing with up to date efficient solutions, we were ready to welcome our first guests.
