The Larches is family-run accomodation in Horsham. We provide homely, comfortable, good value accommodation for people visiting or working in the area and family-friendly Bed and Breakfast for short-term visitors. We often welcome guests for longer stays as our house is ideal for this. We can offer lower prices for longer term accomodation (from 30 p/night - room only).

The Larches has been the family home of Jane and Eric Lane since 1978.
We began to offer bed and breakfast as our young family departed and over the years The Larches B&B has attracted a wide range of guests, many of whom have been returning regularly, which brings us a lot of satisfaction.
We have enjoyed welcoming visitors from all over the world.
Our guests often include business people who are working in and around the Horsham area.
We are a short walking distance from the offices of companies such as RSA/ More Th>n and Ceres Power.

If you are interested in staying for a flexible period of a week or longer, please phone or email us to discuss your requirements and the rate we can offer you.
All rooms have a fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery.
There are laundry facilities (shared washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) - the use of which is included in your weekly rate.
Your room is serviced weekly, at your convenience, which includes cleaning and changing bedding and towels.
We do your washing up, empty bins etc. on a daily basis.
All rooms have a fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery.

The Larches guest house is about 7 minutes' walk up Rusper Road from Littlehaven Railway Station, or about 12 minutes' walk from Horsham station.
