Brooklyn Boarding Kennels has been established since the 1980's, we are situated in Leighton near Welshpool mid Wales, in the beautiful county of Powys, only 30 minutes from Shrewsbury. The new units ensure all our guests have the maximum space and provide a bright and airy environment.
The new accommodation also ensures compliance with the latest licencing regulations. Dogs are individually exercised three times daily and are fed twice daily unless otherwise specified. We cater for all normal diets and provide a good range of quality dog food, we request that specialist diets are provided by the customer. We encourage you to bring your pets favourite blanket, toys etc to make it a home from home.
If you have any concerns about your pet settling in we can arrange an initial free 'day-stay' visit to allow us to determine how your pet will cope in a boarding environment. Owners are requested to advise us of any health problems that your pet has suffered from, past and present.
Pets must be fully vaccinated and have received the appropriate annual boosters which should have been given at least 2 weeks prior to their stay.
Kennel cough vaccination for dogs is not compulsory, however if you wish to vaccinate please do so at least 4 weeks prior to their stay.
Vaccination certificates must be produced on arrival, failure to do so may result in your pet being refused admission.
