Powgavie Farm Cottages lie in the heart of the Carse of Gowrie, Perthshire. These two self catering cottages, called Eppies and Flisk, each sleep six and have just been refurbished to a very high standard. They offer spectacular views of the Sidlaw Hills and the River Tay. The cottages are an ideal base for holidaymakers and visitors to explore Perthshire, Angus and Fife.

Tourist attractions such as Glamis Castle (birthplace of the Queen Mother), Scone Palace (home of the Stone of Destiny), Stirling Castle and Bannockburn. For walkers, the Grampian Mountains, the Angus Glens, the Cateran Trail and the Fife Coastal Path.

The two cottages are adjoining but have separate entrances and gardens as well as parking for two cars.
The hallway leads through the property to an open plan kitchen and living area.
There are dining table and chairs, comfortable seating for six, large windows providing fantastic views towards the river Tay and patio doors leading to the garden area.
The garden area, looking out onto fields with superb views to the River Tay, is a mixture of lawn and patio.
A barbeque and outdoor furniture is provided.
Powgavie Farm Cottages are blessed with an abundance of interests and activities within the immediate area.
Eating out - there are various options ranging from local pub food at Inchture Hotel to Dean's at Lets Eat (Perth) or Ballathie Country House Hotel (Kinclaven, Stanley) which both offer a fine dining experience.
Antiques - this area is well known for antique centres, the closest being the Scottish Antiques and Arts Centre at Abernyte.
Beaches - there are some beautiful beaches within easy reach - St Andrews, Tentsmuir, Broughty Ferry or Carnoustie.
