Room was ideal for a one night stay, host very welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was great.
Rooms are always very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee available in your room plus excellent breakfast options.
Location is ideal for the NEC as this is only 5 minutes away by car.
Booked again for another stay later this year.
Although only 1 night, found room very adequate for my stay, neat and tidy, owner very pleasant, even driving me to the station on my departure.
Clean, nice room and nice extras (shampoos, soaps, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc).Host couldn't have been nicer and breakfast was excellent.
