You can see Loch Ness from Fort Augustus and Nessie may pop up for a wee photo! This has always been our dream of running a Bed and Breakfast and by staying with us you can finally make that dream come true. Within walking distance are a number of Restaurants, and Local inns plus the added bonus of a post office and bank. If you do take a stroll down to the banks of Loch Ness, keep an eye out as you may happen to stumble across Nessie the Loch Ness Monster so get your camera ready!

We have one twin room, which is two single beds and three double rooms, which has one double bed in each.
We provide you with Luxurious Egyptian Cotton towels.
Our toiletries include Handwash, shampoo and shower gel.
All rooms have extra pillows and blankets.
An Iron and Ironing board is available on request.
Please note a double is one bed for two people sharing and a twin bed are two separate beds.
Our Check in time is from 3.30pm-6pm.

We are a bed and breakfast and therefore do not have a guest lounge but we have recently made our summerhouse "Nessie's wee snug" into a lovely little closed area for guests to sit in and enjoy the gardens whilst reading a book or perhaps playing a game of cards.
We also have lots of wildlife look for our resident garden pheasants Bob and Betty and the rest!

Although the town only boasts a modest population of around 400 people it is a popular and busy tourist destination and with a wide range of activities to keep you occupied during your stay.
The Royal Scot departs every hour during peak season the boat has powerful Simrad sonar and has had many strange underwater encounters!.
Alternatively we can arrange a private charter aboard the Augusta.
