Cumberwell Farm where the cottages are located has been in the James family since 1939.
Originally and for 55 years it was a dairy farm until 1992 when the dairy cows were sold making way for a diversification into Cumberwell Park Golf Club.
The original Great Cumberwell Farm and its buildings have not changed a great deal over the years and in fact we still farm over 300 acres of arable each year, crops including Wheat, Barley and Oilseed Rape.
