Since we refurbished all the cottages and facilities in 2005/6 we have ensured all our development has made Compton Pool Farm is as green as can be.
In 2013 we commissioned our Bio Mass boiler, which reduced our carbon emissions from around 80 tonnes a year to just 2. This major investment means that all hot water and heating for the site is produced from a super-efficient boiler that burns locally sourced timber.

From Exeter follow the A380 towards Newton Abbot/Torquay.
At Newton Abbot, take the right lane of the dual carriageway and continue over the Newton Abbot flyover signed to Torquay, A380.
Keep straight on for about 2 miles.
At the traffic lights bear right at the sign to Paignton / Brixham, A380.
Go straight over the first roundabout.
At the second roundabout turn right to Marldon / Compton.
Take the first right on to Vicarage Hill signed to Compton.
For the other Cottages: Approx 500m past the Castle pass the front entrance to Compton Pool Farm on your right.
At Newton Abbot, take the right lane of the dual carriageway and continue over the Newton Abbot flyover signed to Torquay, A380.
Keep straight on for about 2 miles.
