We are ideally located within two miles of Lancaster City centre but within the Forest of Bowland - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We are close to Lancaster University and within easy reach of both junction 33 and 34 of the M6 motorway, also benefiting from being at the gateway to the picturesque Lune Valley.
From Junction 33 of the M6 : on exiting the motorway take the turning sign posted 'LANCASTER'.
Pass straight through the village of GALGATE.
At the second set of traffic lights turn RIGHT, sign posted ALEXANDRA HOUSE / FOREST HILLS.
We are close to Lancaster University and within easy reach of both junction 33 and 34 of the M6 motorway, also benefiting from being at the gateway to the picturesque Lune Valley.

We stayed on a cottage for 3 weeks, the cottage is fully equipped with all essentials needed, very clean and the place is fantastic, the view is amazing and parking is not a problem, very close to the centre yet situated in a very quiet area.
The owners are very helpful, keep up the good work.
What a lovely place this is, so peaceful too, I was lucky enough to stay in knots nest with my two pugs and I have to say the accommodation is lovely, extremely clean too.
As a base for exploring the area I would definately recommend it.
