Bridge Pool Cottage is ideally situated, making it the ideal base for those wishing to visit all areas of Cornwall and indeed parts of Devon and Dartmoor as day trips.
All destinations are within easy reach by car, or, for those who would prefer to leave the car behind, we provide our guests with four bikes, which you are free to use at your own risk.
This delightful riverside cottage, with it's 120 foot frontage, is situated at one of the best 'pools' on the River Camel.
Rising on Bodmin Moor, the River Camel flows through wild moorland scenery and ends it course some thirty miles away at Padstow on the North Coast.
The Camel has been fished for salmon and brown sea trout for centuries and during the 2003 season, there were more than twice as many salmon caught on the Camel as any other river in the South West.
The river is only fishable by club members, but we would be more than happy to arrange your permit.
Set deep in unspoilt Cornish countryside, Bridge Pool Cottage offers a unique location next to the River Camel and Camel Trail.
It is a traditional stone built detached property.
All guests are provided with written directions to the cottage (available in different font size).
On receipt of the balance, instructions for arrival and of obtaining the key will be given.
Parking is on a tarmac driveway, which slightly slopes downwards towards the cottage at the entrance and is suitable for 3 cars, leading to the garage which is suitable for 1 car.
