A warm welcome awaits you at Greystoke House Guesthouse, situated in Keswick, in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Originally built as a Victorian town house during 1897 in local Skiddaw slate, Greystoke house offers warm and comfortable accommodation with one single with private shower room, three double en-suite and one flexible superking / twin en-suite room.
We are a small, family run, non-smoking, dog friendly Bed & Breakfast, situated in a quiet location within walking distance of Keswick town centre. Greystoke House is ideally located to visit a variety of local attractions including the Theatre by the Lake and Keswick museum and provides the perfect base for walking and exploring this beautiful area of the Lake District.

Greystoke House offers a choice of accomodation with one single room with private shower room, three en-suite double rooms and one flexible super-king / twin.
All our rooms have individually controlled central heating and have modern and comfortable furnishings.
All our guest rooms are equipped with flat screen colour televisions with Freeview and CD/DVD player (all double / twin rooms have 'smart' tv's), USB charging points, alarm clocks, hairdryers, fluffy white towels, complimentary toiletries and a well stocked complimentary Fairtrade tea and coffee tray.
All our rooms have individually controlled central heating and have modern and comfortable furnishings.

Breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room between in two sittings - 8:00am and 9:00am each day.
There are a maximum of 6 guests per sitting so that we can maintain social distancing between the tables.
Wake yourself up with a generous full English, or for the not so hungry something lighter if you prefer.
White, Wholemeal or Gluten Free toast served with a selection of marmite, Nutella alongside locally sourced 'Wild & Fruitful' jams, marmalades and honey.
Where possible we serve the finest locally produced, Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance ingredients where possible.
There are a maximum of 6 guests per sitting so that we can maintain social distancing between the tables.

Greystoke House is conveniently located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from all amenities and the town centre.
Please note: We do not have any dedicated parking, however there are usually spaces in the streets nearby.
Take the A591 turning heading towards Keswick/Windermere, at the T-junction turn right towards the town centre.
Follow this round to the right and continue along, taking the 4th left turn on to Leonard Street.
For an alternative scenic route coming from the South, leave the M6 at junction 36 and take the A591 through Windermere, Ambleside and Grasmere and follow the instructions from instruction 3 above.
Please note: We do not have any dedicated parking, however there are usually spaces in the streets nearby.

We welcome well behaved dogs of all shapes and sizes, we just ask that guests are responsible for them at all times whilst they are in the house.
We charge 10 per dog per stay.
Standard Rate Booking: We will take your credit/debit card details at the time of booking to charge a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one nights stay.
If you decide to cancel your stay up to 5 days before arrival, you will not be liable for any other charges.
