Victoria Spa Loge is a large historic guest house on the Northern boundary of Stratford-upon-Avon. Backing onto a canal, its towpath takes you to delightful villages in one direction and the centre of town in the other. Acquired by Nicholas and Silvana four years ago, the lodge has been extensively refurbished. To afford our guests greater privacy, the grounds have been re-landscaped.

Re-opened in Spring last year, we have received the accolade of an award from Booking.com for a high Traveller Review rating. Out of ten we scored 9.8. We are also honoured to be one of three finalists for the West Midlands 2020 Guest House Tourism Awards Prize. Recorded as a prominent English house by the eminent architectural author Sir Nikolaus Pevsner, the building was designed as a hotel to support, within its grounds, a newly created spa fed by seven springs Two of them bubble up into our basement.

Augustus Granville, the Victorian authority on all English spas, asserted that these springs had long attracted visitors and maintained they would certainly have been known to William Shakespeare and his wife Anne Hathaway who lived just a mile away.
