Our charming self-catering holiday cottages are set in a peaceful smallholding surrounded by apple, pear and blackcurrant orchards, yet only 5 miles from the medieval town of Sandwich and 12 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. Although Hawthorn Farm is no longer a working farm, you'll still be able to enjoy the peace of the countryside, and to meet our adorable resident donkeys, Sam and Rosie!
The farmhouse, annexe and four single storey self catering holiday cottages have all been lovingly converted from farm buildings, giving you comfortable "home from home" base at any time of year, where you can enjoy the many attractions and places of interest that this corner Kent of has to offer. The area is particularly popular with golfers, walkers and cyclists, with many nearby golf courses, cycle routes and walking trails from gentle ambles along country lanes, to wild and windy cliff-top adventures.
