Under the leadership of the classically trained Deepak Kumar (a member of the British Culinary Federation), the Valley Restaurant has evolved into one of the finest in the County.
The team use largely local Herefordshire produce to develop their menus and the growing numbers of regular clients are testament to their success.
The restaurant aims to cater for the full range of dietary needs, with a wide range of vegetarian dishes offered, a newly created Gluten Free menu and plenty of options for other requirements with a little notice.
