The property has its own garage and driveway with parking for 2 cars plus a fully enclosed, dog friendly rear garden. All the accommodation is at ground floor level and suitable for those guests with some mobility issues. Please note that the bungalow is not suitable for wheelchair users. It was made even more special because of being unable to come last year. We've walked on the Wells beach and at Brancaster. The weather has been on our side too. The changes to the garden are great - I've already recommended it to a friend!

If you are expecting to stay in a typical self catering property - you know the ones, they sleep 6 and in the kitchen there are 6 plates, 6 cups, 6 glasses, 6 sets of cutlery, an all singing, all dancing oven with no baking trays, where you spend the first a day trying to work out how to set the clock! - well think again!
On arrival at the property you will find the following items (not necessarily enough for a full week but plenty to get your holiday off to a good start): washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, a selection of cleaning materials, loo rolls, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk, condiments, dish cloth and liquid soap.

The number of persons using the property must be stated at the time of booking and must not exceed 6 at any time (including babies, toddlers, children etc).

If supplying own linen, please indicate your preferred bed configuration for Bedroom 1 only.

For those of you who may not have been to Norfolk or Wells before the area is very dog friendly.
Large expanses of sandy beaches (restrictions may apply in popular areas for the main summer season), lots of open spaces and miles of footpaths and bridleways to explore.
Wells/Holkham beach:-It is requested that you keep your dog on a lead or under close control on Holkham Beach and be aware that there are some restrictions for dogs on Wells Beach.
There is a 'Dogs not allowed on the beach' sign on the walkway next to the Cafe but this refers only to the portion of the beach to the right side (in front of Lifeboat and Beach Huts).
