I would highly recommend staying at this property, particularly if you are looking for somewhere for a hen party. The rooms were very spacious and clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Extra necessities such as cleaning products were provided which was very helpful. Overall, excellent value for money! Fab weekend from start to finish. Accommodation was clean comfortable and very large with beautiful grounds.
Events management arranged a BBQ for us which was excellent value and great not to have to prepare or cook. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends, hope to return. Perfect service the whole time, extensively well equipped house, spacious and relaxing grounds, spacious and comfortable house, well located. I cannot fault anything. Thank you very much indeed!

Saxford Barn is situated less than 2 miles from Villa Farm in the village of Wigginton, approximately 5 miles north of York.
The property sleeps up to a maximum of 12 people and comprises of 4 bedrooms.
On the first floor there are two family bedrooms each containing one double bed and one single bed and two twin bedrooms, each containing two single beds.
The master bedroom has en-suite luxury bathroom, containing bath with overhead shower, his and hers basins and W/C.
The second family bedroom has an en-suite shower room containing shower cubicle, basin and W/C.
