We went to Exeter to see our daughter at university and needed somewhere to stay for the night, we decided on Mill Farm and what a great decision that was. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Mill Farm and it's all down to the lovely hosts Delia and Bruce.

Leave M5 at either junction 30 or 31 follow signs for A379 to Dawlish - when you actually join A379 to Dawlish bypass Exminster come to a mini roundabout by Swans Nest pub go straight across we are 1.75 miles on right.
Just before you come to us you go under an iron deer bridge and over a humpback bridge.
Please advise in advance of your stay if you require a taxi as they are difficult to book at short notice.
Although you can stay with us and use public transport we strongly advise that you bring your own vehicle.
All five bedrooms are en-suite with either bath or shower rooms.
Each bedroom is well equipped and has a colour television, hot drinks facility and adjustable oil fired central heating.
On arrival you will be given a key to your bedroom and a key to the front door and you can certainly come and go as you please.

All double rooms will have a double or king-size comfortable bed with either a bath or shower room ensuite.
Rooms have adjustable oil fired central heating, tea/coffee making facilities, colour television with remote control and wireless broadband.
All triple rooms have one double and one single comfortable bed with either bath or shower room ensuite.
Only Children between 8-14 years old will be accommodated.
We have one family room which has a king-size bed and bunk beds to accommodate two adults and two children aged 8yrs - 14 yrs with a large ensuite bathroom.

The estuary is well known for bird watching, walking, fishing, watersports - the cycle paths are excellent and have been recently extended.
Many different beaches to choose from, a favourite is Exmouth, you can catch a ferry from Starcross to Exmouth harbour in season.
Has enjoyed a huge regeneration - visit the cathedral, wander around the quay area, enjoy one of the free red coat guided tours or simply hit the shops.
One of the joys of staying in Mill Farm Bed and Breakfast, is the opportunity to sample some of the best local cuisine - be it fine restaurants, traditional pubs or something a little bit different.
The Rodean restaurant is found in the heart of Kenton and has won many prestigious awards for its fabulous food.
No holiday is complete without a visit to the Turf hotel, not open in the winter, you have to park by Powderham Church and do an easy 1.5 mile walk along the canal path but the views and atmosphere are worth every step.
