A six person sauna with seating to enjoy watching guests play tennis or our play fort with trampoline and sand pit for younger ones. Just a 5 minute drive from the popular market town of Woodbridge, this is an ideal location for holidays or weekend breaks within easy reach of Aldeburgh, Snape, Southwold, Orford, Bawdsey and many other beautiful Suffolk highlights.
Our self catering accommodation consists of four excellently equipped child friendly facilities, The Farmhouse (sleeps 9+), The DairyHall (sleeps 9+), The Granary (sleeps 4+) and The Stables (sleeps 2+). This beautiful 17th century farmhouse is a truly idyllic rural retreat in beautiful meadowland with a private garden with private garden and hot tub.

In 2007 my wife, Sarah and I moved out of London and bought an old run down dairy farm and set about renovating it into the rural retreat for guests the following year.
This has and continues to be a family project and our boys have helped right the way through with innovative ideas, giving us a valuable kids perspective on what real spaces should be.
Our Holiday lets are secluded enough to feel freedom and the grounds relaxed enough to have a wander and take in all the wild life, including owls, woodpeckers, kingfishers and deer that inhabit our surroundings.
