We are Members of the Leeds Property Association and the Residential Landlords Association. All properties are close to Hyde Park corner LS6 with its local amenities, and a short walk from the Universities, Headingley and the city centre. We build a close & mutually respecting relationship with our tenants, many stay with us, and most of our lettings are through personal recommendation.
We undertake maintenance ourselves in a timely manner, with the support of trusted local tradesmen. Our properties are Licensed HMOs (where required) and are regularly inspected by Leeds CC to ensure compliance & standards. As a small family business we do not run a letting office, but we can be in the area in 10 minutes. We therefore arrange to meet prospective tenants to undertake viewings, usually at the property.
