Being a working farm we pride ourselves on fresh Cumbrian produce.
To begin with there is a choice of fruit juice, fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurts, fruit salad and cereals.
This is followed by either a full Cumbrian breakfast, with local free-range eggs straight from the farm, or a continental option for those who prefer a lighter meal.
We also provide toast with preserves and tea and coffee.
Our breakfast room has been simply furnished and allows guests space to plan their days activities, whether it be a strenuous walk to the summit of Skiddaw, a gentle stroll down to the lakeshore or a drive into one of the nearby Lakeland towns of Keswick or Cockermouth.
